GEMZONE is Diamond Bank’s customer loyalty program designed to express our gratitude to you. Points earned can be exchanged for exciting items in our catalogue.

You can earn GEM Points on everyday transactions such as deposits, mobile app transactions or by participating in most of our campaigns.

All you have to do is meet the transaction or campaign requirement and you would start accruing your GEM Points.

No. Currently, the program is offered at no cost to customers. However, the bank may decide to charge for it in the future.

Yes. This program is only for Diamond Bank customers resident in Nigeria.
GEM Points can be accrued when you make a qualifying transaction that meets the requirement for;

  • Transfers
  • Mobile App Transactions
  • Ongoing Campaigns
  • Credit Card usage

Gemzone has an online shop with different categories and items that can be redeemed once you have accumulated enough GEM Points.

    Categories include;

  • Gemshop
  • Gemzone Meals
  • Gemzone Cinemas
  • Gemzone Travels
  • Gemzone Experiences
  • Gemzone Vouchers
  • Gemzone Airtime and Bills

To access the catalogue, log into your account, then click on the categories to view available items.

The items in the Catalogue all have GEM Points value. Once you have confirmed your selection and have enough points to redeem the selected item, the GEM Points value will be deducted from your GEMZONE account and you will be informed of your current GEMZONE account balance

You can receive your item(s) in two ways:

  • Pick up from the partner location
  • Delivery to your preferred location.
  • To pick up at a partner location: After confirmation of your selected item, you would be issued an E-voucher containing a unique code, and instructions on how and where to pick up your item. At the partner location, your voucher would be verified, and once verified, the item will be handed to you. *E-vouchers are valid for only 5 days.

    To have it delivered: You can provide details of a current mailing address where the selected item would be delivered. The selected item would be delivered to your specified address within 10 working days.

Yes, you can change your Password and Username.

Please do not disclose your Username and Password to anyone.

You fill out our online “forgot password” help form, and your Password and Username will be sent to you via email.

You can view your GEM Points balance from the account statement in your GEMZONE account.

Yes, if your spouse is interested in the program, he/she must maintain an account with Diamond Bank, as this program is only available to individual account holders.

No. Your Diamond Bank account serves as your means of identification.

No. You can accumulate/ build up your GEM Points to redeem any high value item of your choice.

You can keep your GEM Points for 2 years. However, if your GEM Points are not redeemed within the stated period, they expire and will be automatically deducted from your GEMZONE account. Your GEM Point will be forfeited after it is deducted from your GEMZONE account and/or when your bank account goes dormant.

The points you earn per transaction will reflect in your GEMZONE account within a maximum of 30 days after the day of transaction.

GEM Points are not nominally valued, they are uniquely valued based on the Rewards available to you.

If this happens, please contact the customer service officer at any Diamond branch or call our 24-hour Contact Centre to lodge your complaint.

All complaints shall be responded to within 48 hours.

You will start earning GEM Points from the moment you start transacting in the stated way from the day of the program launch.

No. GEM Points are only redeemable for items on GEMZONE.

As soon as you have enough points to redeem items on GEMZONE.

The GEMZONE rewards program is a long-term customer initiative by the bank, it is currently planned to run for the foreseeable future.
